Contact

Contact Icarus.

Most teams should just create an account at my.icaruscloud.com.au — self-service is the default path, designed to take you from sign-up to a running VM in minutes, not procurement cycles. The contact form on this page exists for the cases where self-service doesn't fit.

When to use this form

Talk to our engineering team.

The form on the right routes into our sales and engineering team as a tracked enquiry. It's the right path for:

  • Regulated or sovereign workloads. APRA-supervised, government, or healthcare workloads where procurement requires a contract before sign-up.
  • Founding-customer programme. If you want to join the founding-customer cohort and discuss locked early-cohort terms before account creation.
  • Sales and engineering enquiries. Architectural conversations, security review pack requests, custom configurations, and migration planning.
  • Procurement and contracts. Paper contracts, master services agreements, vendor security questionnaires, and sub-processor disclosures.
  • Partner enquiries. If you'd rather have a conversation than submit the EOI on /partners.
  • Press, analyst, and investor enquiries. Launch coverage, methodology questions, and investor conversations route through here for now.

For everything else, Create account is faster and gets you into the same engineering team's queue once you're signed in.

Most teams should just create an account

Account creation is the fastest path.

The portal at my.icaruscloud.com.au handles billing, provisioning, and identity, and the engineering team is reachable from inside the portal once you're signed in. If you're not sure whether you need this form or an account, the answer is almost always the account — start there.

Response window

Founding-cohort enquiries: same business day.

Standard enquiries: within two business days. These are working rhythms rather than published guarantees — we'd rather meet a real window than miss a promised one.
