Billing cadence
Monthly. Invoices issued on the first business day of the month for the period just used.
Payment
Credit card or direct debit at sign-up; invoice terms available on request for founding-customer cohort and larger workloads.
Lock-in
None. Cancel any month with 30 days' notice; pro-rata applies to in-month cancellation.
Egress
Transparent — egress costs are listed on the configurator and included in the live price preview. No "free up to a vague limit, then surprise charges".
Overage handling
Storage and bandwidth overages billed at the published rate, on the next invoice, with a usage statement. No throttling without notice.
Climate-impact pricing note
Pricing includes the cost of carbon-negative operation. There is no separate "green premium", no add-on for ESG reporting, no surcharge for the verified offset stack. The architectural reduction lowers the cost of running the network, and the offset purchase sits inside the unit economics. Defended on the methodology page.
