Become a founding Icarus partner.

We're recruiting a small founding-partner cohort to launch Icarus into market. The programme is intentionally limited at launch — we're looking for the right partners, not the most. If you sell into mining, technology, telecommunications, government, software, or healthcare and your customers are asking about ESG-defensible cloud, this is for you.

Who we're looking for

A small cohort with a demonstrable foothold in our six target verticals.

We expect founding partners to be active in the launch ramp, not passive logo holders.

Resellers and IaaS partners

Active customer pipelines in mining, technology, telecommunications, government, software, or healthcare.

Managed service providers

Customers need an Australian sovereign IaaS layer beneath the managed offering — particularly where ESG reporting, APRA compliance, or government data residency is in play.

Systems integrators

Building regulated workloads or platform migrations where carbon impact and sovereignty are part of the buying criteria.

Technical and consulting practices

Advise on cloud strategy, ESG reporting, or Scope 3 supplier selection — and want a defensible carbon-negative option in the recommendation set.

What founding partners get

The full programme — tiers, MDF, margin structure, certification path — is published in Phase 3, late 2026.

For the founding cohort, we lock in benefits early and confirm specific terms on application. We're not publishing tiers or margin disclosure on this page because they aren't finalised. That's deliberate — we'd rather agree the right terms with each founding partner than publish a placeholder.

Founding partners are positioned alongside Icarus in launch communications, with their consent.
